I work at a developer heavy company. We go directly from concept to functional website usually in a two week time period. Major roll outs are very quick. Everyone is very gung-ho about usability testing, but our company has a global workforce that is also our alpha tester. I would like to find a tool that we can do un-monitored guided usability surveys. Management is getting very excited over click heat mapping, but this doesn't really capture the users intent and feelings. We have used surveymonkey in the past to create questions with goals and live links. I wondered if any one would suggest any other online tools for testing live websites in this way.
Thanks in advance.

There are a ton of survey services. Try Google Forms or WuFoo forms.
