I am designing our e-marketing website. I do my best to learn how to design a excellent website.

Don't Make Me Thank introduce the tabs for navigation, using amazon as an example.

I also like tabs. However, when I visit http://www.amazon.com , I find amazon doesn't use tabs for navigation now.

Doesn't  the tabs for navigation the best way to guide a visitor?

Please give me some suggestion.
Many Thanks for you!

Hi Jack,

Amazon stopped using tabs when they have more product categories that made the interface look cluttered using tabs. Depending on the number of your categories, tabs could be a good solution for navigation if you have around 5-7 categories, that's my thought.

Cheers!
