Quick question. If you have a list of say 3-5 tasks/scenarios for a 50-minute session, would you recommend resetting the user at the homepage between each?
I can see both sides of this question. The user may not always be at the homepage when they want to complete the task, so from that sense it is more realistic. However, with the vast majority of users coming in through the homepage, I find it more important to make fix the glaring errors in that path.
How have other folks handled this?
